报告人简介：

邓伟华，教授，博士生导师，数学与统计学院科研副院长、计算数学研究所所长。 主要研究领域：1、反常与非遍历扩散、幂律衰减的波传播：模型、理论、 算法及应用；2、随机模型、理论、算法及应用。 2012年6月任博士生导师，2010年5月被聘任为教授；2009年获教育部新世纪优秀人才称号；2008年12月 任硕士生导师，2007年7月被聘任为副教授。2007年6月在上海大学获理学博士学位；于2000年6月和2003年6在兰州大学分别获得理学学士和硕士学位。 2013年获霍英东教育基金会第十四届高等院校青年教师奖三等奖。2016年获飞天学者“青年学者”称号，中国计算数学会青年创新奖提名奖。2014-18年连续5年入围“高被引科学家”数学类榜单。 在SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis、SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing、SIAM Journal on Matrix Analysis and Applications、Mathematics of Computation、Physical Review E、Journal of Statistical Physics、Multiscale Modeling and Simulation: A SIAM Interdisciplinary Journal、Mathematical Modelling of Natural Phenomena、EPL、Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and Theoretical等刊物发表论文90余篇（http://www.researcherid.com/rid/F-2553-2012），被SCI他引2000多次，其中8篇论文为高被引用论文。完成专著一部：W.H. Deng and Z.J. Zhang, High Accuracy Algorithms for the Differential Equations Governing Anomalous Diffusion, World Scientific, Singapore, 2019. 任《Inverse Problems in Science and Engineering (IPSE)》副主编、《Computer and Mathematics with Applications (CAMWA)》和《高等学校计算数学学报》等刊物编委。

主要内容：

This talk briefly introduces the ubiquitous natural phenomena: heterogeneous and nonergodic diffusion, and its various applications. Then we discuss the microscopic models describing the heterogeneous and nonergodic diffusion and derive the PDEs governing the probability density function of some useful/interesting statistical observables (say, functionals). Finally, we talk about the numerical issues for the newly derived PDEs.
